Every time I see a commercial for “curly hair” I sit back and wonder what idiots seriously think this is what naturally curly hair is like. I want to hurl something at the screen when I see this.

Everyone says to brush your hair; hair brushes are the freaking enemy and will never be used on my hair unless getting it cut. I do NOT own a brush. Nope, I don’t own a single brush or comb. I haven’t since I was about 14 and figured out how to take care of my hair.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP FREAKING TOUCHING MY HAIR! I am not a dog, I will not smile when you do this. STOP PETTING AND TOUCHING MY HAIR. Curly hair frizzes as soon as you touch it so for the love of everything stop petting/touching my hair!

Ah! I know how you feel! No, I don't have a curly hair. But once, when we had a sleep over in high school, in the morning, as we were getting ready, a curly haired friend came over to me with her brush and asked me to sort out her hair and that was a revelation! It was so so difficult for me to comb and detangle her hair!!! I really thank God I don't have a curly hair!!!

This is so funny! All hair product commercials are so unrealistic, but I can't remember the last time I saw a curly hair product actually modeled by someone with real curly hair. I have stick straight hair, and can't complain much. No brush?! Think that would work for me? haha

I may have straight hair, but it's frizzy, so I totally get what you mean about the non-brushing. I probably shouldn't blowdry as much either. Once I put some product in my hair and run it through with my fingers, I have to learn to leave it alone then!
