I’m an Extrovert, Creative, Dog Mom, Writer

These are just a few of the titles I have on any given day living in my hometown of Wichita, Kansas with my rescue dog, Eleanor. I’ve been blogging for six years and work full-time for ADT in Marketing Recruitment. I also specialize in developing go-to-market strategies for small businesses and offer social marketing consulting and implementation services.

I am all-in person in everything I do. You can find me over-committing myself and thriving on the rush of accomplishing the impossible while wondering why I’m exhausted. I’ve been described as a fine glass of Scotch, a sipper that makes you slow down to take in all the flavor and complexities.

I’ve very extra and I own that every single day.

Let's Talk!

If you are considering Honestly Relatable for a partnership, thank you! I take very limited opportunities a year and do not partner with any company I do not have a personal connection to. About Honestly Relatable

I previously blogged as The Adored Life. And then well, life became not quite so adored, several times. After ending my engagement, changing roles at work and other pretty big life moments, I realized the blog name and content no longer fit the person I was. I started blogging during college and I was still trying to fit into the box I had safely existed in since then. But honestly? I’m 29. I’m ready to embrace that I’m excited to start a new decade.

Honestly Relatable is the strong female you don’t check-in on because she’s never willing – or able – to say she needs it. She’s the one who always has it together for you while internally struggling to justify showing any weakness or needing help. She is the one that inspires you and maybe honestly isn’t relatable because her drive is so strong. Honestly Relatable is the one who you know will always be there for you, ready to talk about what makes life hard, and really, really go through it with you. She is yours and her own rock.

If this you, welcome home. You’re safe here.
