In a sharp contrast to the other day’s patriotic combination, I decided to apparently celebrate St. Patrick’s day in July. Go figure. This was a cardigan I bought at Goodwill a few years ago and just haven’t been able to part with. Probably because it involves green, a silk bow and is a cardigan. Triple whammy. Today I finally felt the inspiration to just wear it and spruce it up with some colorful wedges. The wedges are comfortable enough that I can walk to classes and not have to change classes. It’s hard to believe that I am already in my second session of classes already. I swear summer goes by faster than any other season, including when in school.

Shoes: LifeStride (hand-me-down)/ Shorts: J Crew Factory/ Cardigan: Ann Taylor (very old)/ Bag: Michael Kors/ Belt: Forever 21 Outfit total cost: $28 including belt and tank top I hope everyone had a great 4th of July! The rest of the week looks ridiculously boring and full of school. Also, am I the only one that thinks it should be a rule/law that the 4th of July is ALWAYS a Friday instead of the middle of the week which messes up everyone’s schedule. Plus my teachers complained about how few people are in classes after the holiday. So I think it’s universal that everyone wants it to always be on a weekend! |
