This Christmas I got into the club. More specifically, the Hunter wellies club. When I first started blogging I just thought that rainboots were rainboots and whatever. Oh how wrong I was. I had no idea what Hunters were before blogging but seemingly everyone had them and raved about how wonderful they are. I thought about saving up for them but I knew that I couldn’t justify the price. So… my lovely boyfriend’s mom decided to get them for me. I was so excited to try them on and see what they were all about. I noticed that all of the cool bloggers had them so I thought perhaps they were a part of a secret Hunter club.
They are so worth it. They are so comfortable. I wore them all day in the snow and was so warm and never had any traction issues. They aren’t as loose on my legs as a lot of other people because I have larger calves but they are still super comfortable. So I am now in the Hunter club. It’s not overrated.

I looove my Hunters! I have the kids version which was way cheaper than the womens', hehe. I only wear them in the rain though…my feet freeze when I wear them in snow.

Oh girllll I am so happy you have arrived! Can we talk about how great your boyfriend's mom is for a second! I bought mine when I was in college and working a few part-time jobs but still not paying most of my living expenses, so that worked out well. I'm already envying a second pair, I have anxiety all the time over if I chose the right color! They're just the chicest rainboots ever. Glad you are enjoying yours!! Welcome to the club!! I wear mine constantly! Before I bought mine I was so nervous about spending that kind of money on rain boots. However, because of how often I wear them I decided to order another pair! I have the black ones and just purchased the red ones as a birthday gift to myself!! In my defense, I got the black ones New In Box from eBay for like $80 and my red ones are coming to me from Zappos for only like $97 so I guess technically I've only paid a little bit more than the price of one pair! (sorry for this insanely long comment… I just had to justify to myself why I thought I needed 2 pairs of them haha)
