I didn’t actually wear red on Valentine’s Day. In fact, I wore black and white, but I’ll show you that outfit later. Valentine’s Day was really anti-climactic for Andrew and I, except that he completely surprised me with chocolate covered strawberries after a stressful day of school. On Friday we watched the Aristocats and within 20 minutes we were both passed out and slept for about three hours. I woke up and thought that somehow I had slept all the way into Saturday morning. So you know, Valentine’s Day was definitely exciting for us.
The rest of the weekend I filled with studying, blog meetings and planning and attending a charity fashion show that Fashionista Exchange put on. It was Saturday evening and I got to wear this gorgeous red dress that Robin of Tulip Fashions gave me to wear. My favorite part is the back, I completely gasped when I saw the lovely cutout! Plus it’s comfortable, twirls well and has lace. All of those things are a ridiculously awesome combination.
