Lavender Simple Syrup

This lavender simple syrup is perfect for coffee, cocktails and anything you want to infuse lavender into!

Cook Time 1 hour

Ingredients
  

  • 4 TBSP Dried Culinary Lavender
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 2 TBSP Honey
  • 1 1/2 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to boil and add lavender buds. Boil (almost simmer) for five minutes.
  • Reduce heat and slowly add in sugar while stirring to dissolve. Add honey and stir in. Simmer for five minutes. Remove from heat and cool for an hour.
  • Strain the mixture to remove the lavender buds. Store in an air-tight glass container.
  • Typically keeps for up to two weeks.
