Lavender Simple Syrup
This lavender simple syrup is perfect for coffee, cocktails and anything you want to infuse lavender into!

- 4 TBSP Dried Culinary Lavender
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 2 TBSP Honey
- 1 1/2 Cup Water
Bring water to boil and add lavender buds. Boil (almost simmer) for five minutes.
Reduce heat and slowly add in sugar while stirring to dissolve. Add honey and stir in. Simmer for five minutes. Remove from heat and cool for an hour.
Strain the mixture to remove the lavender buds. Store in an air-tight glass container.
Typically keeps for up to two weeks.
