Preheat your oven to 350 and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Mash the bananas in your bowl. Add the rest of your ingredients and mix together. Use a small, or medium, cookie scoop and place on the cookie sheet.Bake for 15 minutes and allow to rest on the sheet for 3-5 minutes. Once they've set on the sheet you can move to a cooling rack. Finally, when they're cool and you've already eaten three, store in an airtight container. They keep best for up to three days. That is, if you haven't eaten them all by then.
